Thanks for the posting Garth.  Unfortunately I'm not able to see any buttons to create/reply to any postings without logging in.  Could you grab a screen cap and attach to a reply with you logged out of any buttons you were able to use to create the posting without being signed in please?  There is an options we can turn on/off for this, which I've currently (supposedly alrleady) set to only have threads/replie created by logged in people.
