The current forums appear to be limited IMHO when the website is looking to attract a wide audience.  Currently there are forums for the site feedback (great), .NET 2.0 (should there be a .NET one with 1.1 and 2.0 sub forums?) and then RDBMS (maybe one for development, then different languages, technologies under there?).

In addition to some I suggested above, I would like to suggest one for General topics.  For example, I would love to volunteer to do some C# work in Ottawa, and I thought this would be the natural place to start looking.  But there is no place to put a posting for this request.
