Chapter 10 Printing Demo

Hi all,
I have made some minor changes from what was presented.
The AnitAlias do work, I had to refresh the control, which in return "Re Prints" the pages.
I used the QueryPagesettings to alternate the page layout (Portrait/Landscape). Just for fun.
I added the pagestart numericupdown, the max is set to 100.
I know, it should be set to the max number of pages. Too much rework, call it lazzzyyyy.
Keep in mind that this demo, is a demo. It is not the perfect solution.
