As a member of RealDecoy’s Microsoft development group, the ASP
.NET Web Application Developer will implement web sites and applications using
Microsoft technologies. The individual chosen will be expected to work concurrently
on several projects with the support of each project’s Technical Lead/Project
Manager.
Primary
Responsibilities
·
Web site and application
development with Microsoft technologies.
·
Provide time estimates for
various aspects of development.
·
When necessary, provide other
development support that is in line with applicant’s skill set (HTML markup,
etc.).
Mandatory

Ability to juggle several
projects at once

Troubleshooting and problem
solving skills

Understanding of OOD/OOP
concepts
·
Minimum 2 years’ experience in
the following except as noted:
o
VB.NET/ASP.NET
o
.NET 1.1 & 2.0 Framework
o
VS2003
o
ASP 3.0
o
SQL Server 2000, SQL Server
2005
o
SQL, and associated
normalization & optimization techniques
o
HTML / JavaScript / CSS
o
Windows platform and related
technologies
o
Strong communication skills and
a team player
o
Degree or diploma in Computer
Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Assets

Web services and SOAP

Microsoft Content Management
Server
·
Experience with version control
systems (CVS or Visual SourceSafe).

Adobe PhotoShop 6 or 7
